Adam is a true fitness professional. I've worked out with Adam for many years and he is always on time, creative, and extremely enthusiastic about our workout sessions. His attentiveness to proper biomechanics and exercise form coupled with his knowledge of nutrition has helped me stay strong and fit AND...Adam has both an outdoor and indoor fitness studio! I highly recommend that you check it out.
Adam immediately understood my goals. Not only do our workout routines stay fresh week to week, but Adam's humorous, creative, and intuitive personality makes it fun pushing my body to its limits during each session. He strikes the perfect balance between being casual and staying focused, and he's immediately trustworthy. I recommend Adam to anyone who is serious about getting and staying in shape.
Adam is my miracle worker: he's given me the confidence, the will, and the drive to keep pushing for more. He's more than just a trainer though; he's been there supporting me every step of the way: when I got a juicer, he had a recipe for me to try; when I was traveling abroad, he had an App for me to download; when I wasn't in the mood to exercise, he instilled some inspiration. Adam's given me a lifestyle change that I've been craving to have for a long time and I'm forever grateful to him. He keeps our weekly sessions fresh and is always trying something new and pushing me to the next level. I highly recommend working with Adam if you get the chance to!
I've known Adam only since January and I trust him completely. I believe in him because he walks the walk, is passionate, and very knowledgeable. My fitness goals to begin with were to tone and gain lean muscle. Some of my other obstacles were food, and my busy schedule. Having Adam give me direction helped with my commitment to my body. I love working out! As a result, Adam's helped me lose body fat, gain lean body mass, stay grounded, and raise my endurance level. I also have more confidence working out now and know what to do on my own.
Adam is a fabulous trainer with extensive knowledge of all sorts of training modalities. I have never done the same workout twice with him, and the incorporation of boxing, Pilates, kettle bells, etc. keeps things interesting. He is also kind, patient and encouraging. I leave every session feeling stronger and more accomplished. I highly recommend him as a trainer.
My experience with Adam Williams has been great. I've always had an issue with getting bored of routines quickly in the past, but his varied and dynamic routines have not made me feel that way. His exercises are definitely challenging, but he tailors them to my specific fitness abilities just enough so that I am going past my comfort zone without feeling exhausted by the time I'm done. I especially appreciate his modifications for my back/neck pain so that I may avoid unnecessary strain. My goal was to get toned rather than lose weight, and I've definitely seen progress in my arms, legs and abs. Overall, I am very pleased with my progress and have seen significant improvements in my strength and endurance since I began working with him.
Positive. Visualization. Breathe. Those three words have empowered me to make a change; that is what Adam does. He has helped me make exercise and nutrition a lifestyle. I am a working Mom and despite my limited schedule, he is always flexible in scheduling our sessions, and designs them to help me meet my goals (almost there!), ensuring I get the most from them. The workouts are therapeutic, stress relieving, always energizing, and make me want to do more. He is able to provide me with exercises I am able to do at home or on vacation, much to the delight of my son who loves to do his exercises! He even has me boxing-- sport I would normally not even watch, but I love it. Those workouts I especially feel benefit me the most. Adam has been a quiet, fun, confident, constant inspiration and guide in my transformation. I am a better person for knowing him. Adam, two words for you. THANK YOU!
As former U.S. Marine and Vietnam veteran, now in my mid 60's, I increasingly realized that I was no longer in Parris Island condition. Mostly I wanted to feel good about myself, maybe lose some weight, and (lifelong dream), learn how to box. I work with Adam at his studio twice a week. I doubt that we have done the same routine twice. He really mixes it up! After each, he patiently teaches me that which is next expected and off we go. He obviously prepares well for each of our sessions. Adam is thoughtful, patient, and thorough. He is sensitive to my aging body parts that don't always respond the way they used to (how's the shoulder, how's the foot, etc.). He understands, but cuts me no slack. Oh, and I'm learning to box. It's really hard. I love it.
